With over 40 years of experience, Dr. John Ross is a powerhouse in the maintenance and reliability world. He’s an author of three leading books on these topics, a sought-after speaker, and a recognized leader in the field. Dr. Ross has dedicated his career to making maintenance teams stronger, smarter, and more effective.
Dr. Ross holds a B.S. from Southern Illinois University, an M.S. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Ph.D. in Business from Northcentral University. He teaches as part of the University of Wisconsin’s Maintenance and Reliability Management certificate program and has been a featured speaker at the Society for Maintenance & Reliability Professionals (SMRP) conference multiple times.

Robby Justin Smith II – The Go-To Guy for Reliability & Asset Management
Justin Smith has spent nearly two decades in the trenches of Total Process Reliability (TPR) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), designing and leading improvement projects that deliver real results, with faster uptime, smarter processes, and tighter operations.
As the President and CEO of TBR Strategies and Asset Management University (AMU), and a Co-Founder of ARMI, Justin is behind several of ARMI’s flagship certifications like the Certified Storeroom Technician (CST), Certified Storeroom Manager (CSM), and Certified Professional Reliability Engineer (CPRE), creating hands-on training programs that cut through the noise and teach teams how to actually run things better.
Justin’s been a featured speaker at major industry events, including CONEXPO-CON/AGG, the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP) and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), covering everything from MRO inventory control to precision maintenance.
